Ricet Barrier was a French singer songwriter who started writing songs in the 50’s until he passed away in 2011, he had a special style singing and writing songs, however he had a strong audience and had a genuine success over the years.
Ricet Barrier had a nice collection of guitars and this one was part of it, built initially in 1910 by an Italian luthier with a 10 strings neck, but with a newer custom made 6 strings neck, this guitar was called « l’obus » (aka Bombshell) in French, it sounds remarkably good and has rich and deep sound. A unique guitar with a surprisingly good sound !
